With ample free parking and sitting only 5 minutes from Junction 28 on the M5, 10 minutes from Tiverton Parkway station and 15 minutes from the airport, our peaceful rural location is remarkably convenient. It’s serene, natural surroundings lend themselves to clear, creative thinking and a productive working environment.

We specialise in creating events customised to your specifications, whether its a simple meeting or conference, fun team building activities or corporate presentations, we work with you to put together a smoothly run, tailor made event.

We are able to arrange dining and entertainment options to complement your event, whether it’s a cold finger buffet or a formal seated dinner, liaising with caterers and suppliers where necessary. The Corn Barn regularly hosts events, live bands, fireworks and entertainment of all kinds, ensuring that, where required, guests can unwind and enjoy the social side of business!

Suitable for wheelchair users.

From the impressive main barn to the Linhay (with it’s fully stocked bar, if required), or outside in our landscaped courtyard, The Corn Barn is fully accessible for wheelchair users, allowing all guests to circulate freely between the various areas of our venue.

In warm weather all doors lead to our courtyard whereas underfloor heating and wood-burning stoves keep your guests warm as toast in the colder months.

We’re open to all, committed to ensuring everyone benefits from our venue. We are fully accessible with disabled parking, wide corridors and walkways, and easy access to disabled toilet facilities.

Where are you based and do you have Free Parking?

We are based just outside Cullompton and only 15 minutes from Exeter City. We are easily accessible from the M5 and only few minutes away from

Tiverton Station and around 25 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Our large car park is just a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance, meaning that you and your guests can arrive hassle-free.

Do you offer Catering?

Lunch and breaks offer time for networking, idea sharing and engaging conversations, accompanied by high quality, local catering.

Likewise, nothing says “Party” like a great dinner and a good old dance.

We have a range of dedicated catering partners that we have worked with for many years, so if you are simply looking for a posh buffet, or maybe a 5 course gastronomic adventure, we can point you in the right direction.     

Do you offer Outdoor Spaces?

With our outside terrace and seating area, there is plenty of space to take in some fresh air or to catch up with friends and family whist the indoor party has started. Alternatively, for those enjoying a team meeting or conference, take time out and follow wildflowers to our garden and mini barn or get inspiration sitting in our orchard. The Corn Barn is a working farm and we protect existing flora and fauna, embracing the natural landscape and enhancing the indigenous ecology.
